Drink Packaging

Package Design For A Drink

student project

A packaging redesign for Faygo 60/40, a grapefruit and lime soda, with bottle labels and a four-bottle carrier designed to create a cohesive retail presence.

The brief called for a carrier that holds four 300 mL bottles, plus the bottle’s body label, neck label and cap, using the brand’s own logo and copy, a UPC code, a nutrition table and the information Canada requires on packaging.

Process

The first digital draft set both faces of the carrier in English; in the final artwork one face is in French.

Plain white prototypes, cut and folded from the die line, tested the handle and the divider that keeps four bottles apart.
